Autumn and Rick aka A+R, have known each other for over 20 years. They have always shared the same ideals, likes and passions. They both love being at home and know that it is a place of sanctuary. Combined Autumn and Rick's experiences have blossomed what we now know as A+R Estate Management and Services, also known as AR PALM BEACHES.
Rick has worked for over 15 years in the engineering, foreclosure, inspection and property assessment industry; which lead him to starting his own business in the home service industry. He quickly realized that his passion for working with people on a personal level and helping others is more fulfilling. His personable personality and work ethics is how he has built a foundation of clients he now calls his friends. He truly believes that the greatest assets of the company are our clients and A+R team members.
Autumn joined Rick in his business venture because she saw the potential and the growing demand for home services professionals. Autumn has worked for over 20 years in the services industry, running multi million dollar businesses from Miami to NYC. All of her business ventures have been based on her beliefs that delivering "Quality" result and outstanding "Service" is the foundation of success.
